Kristine Angelo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her degree from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles, CA, in 2005. Kristine worked in community mental health in Memphis, TN, including a residential facility for troubled youth, a psychiatric hospital, and a personal & career development center. Also, while in Memphis, Kristine maintained a private practice, seeing children and adults. Prior to joining Clarkson Counseling, P.C., she maintained a private practice in St. Charles, MO and taught General Psychology at Lewis and Clark Community College.
Kristine uses strategies fitting to the needs of the clients. She recognizes the value in making the therapeutic setting safe and comfortable, bringing intelligence, warmth, humor, and enthusiasm to her work. Kristine works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, relational concerns, coping skills, self-esteem, peer relationships, and other emotional problems.
