Nicole R. Kruger, Psy.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Kruger graduated from the University of Denver with a doctorate in clinical psychology. She completed an internship at Children’s Hospital of Minneapolis where she worked with children presenting with autism spectrum disorders, cognitive and attentional issues, and medical conditions. Since then she has worked for the past 13 years in culturally diverse private and community based mental health settings, assessing and treating children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Kruger has developed expertise in working with young children and their families dealing with developmental problems. Other areas of experience include adjustment issues, family change, post-partum health, relationship problems, and mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Kruger uses a variety of approaches with clients, including play therapy, behavior modification, cognitive-behavioral, insight oriented, interpersonal, and mindfulness and meditation.
