Shannon Lynch, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Shannon Lynch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having received her Masters of Social Work at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Shannon has worked in a variety of settings over the course of her career, including community mental health centers, schools, colleges, a homeless shelter, and a center for autism. Shannon works with clients of all ages. She uses her experience working with diverse populations to better empathize with clients of various backgrounds and experiences.
Shannon’s areas of interest include depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, emotion regulation, and relational challenges. She assists clients in understanding the connection between their
thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and utilizes a collaborative approach to help them make positive changes. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives, and she maintains an empathic, strengths-based approach that values each client’s unique perspective.
